Discovery call
We spend 30 minutes learning everything about your business — your brand voice, your audience, your platforms, the kind of content you want to put out. This is where we gather everything we need to build your system properly.
We build your system
We set up your full automation pipeline — the trigger, the AI engine trained to your brand voice, your approval portal, and the connection to your social platforms. You don't need to do anything during this stage.
Handover session
A 45-minute walkthrough via Zoom. We show you your portal, explain how to upload photos, how to approve content, and what to do if you want to make changes. We record the session and send it to you to keep.
You go live
You upload your first batch of photos to your Google Drive folder. The system picks them up, generates captions, and queues them in your portal for approval. You review, approve, and your first automated posts go out.
It runs itself
From here, your weekly routine is simple — upload photos when you have them, spend 10 minutes approving content in your portal, and watch your social media run consistently without you having to think about it.

How long does setup take?
+Typically 5–7 working days from your discovery call to your handover session. We move quickly once we have everything we need from you — which is covered in the discovery call itself.
What do I need to provide?
+Photos — that's the main thing. The more you give us upfront, the better. We'll also need access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts during setup so we can connect them to the system. Everything else we handle.
Which platforms does it post to?
+Currently Instagram and Facebook. We're working on adding additional platforms — get in touch if you have a specific platform in mind and we'll let you know our timeline.
What if I'm not happy with the captions?
+You approve everything before it goes out — nothing posts without your sign-off. In your portal you can edit any caption, request a rewrite, or reject a post entirely. In the early weeks we'll also actively refine the AI based on your feedback until it's consistently hitting your tone.
Can I upgrade to a management package later?
+Absolutely. Some clients start with the Brew System and later add on a management package for extra strategy, ads management, or community management. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom bundle for you.
What happens if I want to cancel?
+Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know before your next billing date and we'll sort it. Your content and data in your accounts remains yours.
